The Wilder Outdoor Theater presents the 49th annual outdoor drama on the life of Laura Ingalls Wilder and her family on the Minnesota prairie. This year, a new production entitled “Chasing the Dream” shares the story of time on Plum Creek near Walnut Grove from 1875-1876, taking on the challenges of prairie life with wild fires, grasshoppers and bleak winters and more. This production is the second episode of a three-year trilogy that details the Ingalls’ time in Walnut Grove with a theatrical flair!
